Heather specializes in identifying and solving problems. Her extensive background includes working with a variety of small businesses, each of which has benefited from her ability to recognize inefficiencies and develop realistic solutions.

She works closely with the Third Party Administration Department where she focuses on defined contribution plans for small businesses. She specializes in analyzing and creating plan documents, 401(k) processing, and compliance testing. In addition, she works as a paraprofessional for the Accounting Department.

Heather has degrees in Criminal Justice and Business as well as additional studies in Counseling and Marketing. She also is a RAD Certified Instructor in Women’s Basic Self Defense and a S.A.F.E. Certified Instructor through the National Self-Defense Institute. In her spare time, she volunteer teaches for non-profit organizations who specialize in women and teen services.
